Does the recipient need a wallet?
Only if they want to receive USDC. For gift cards or bank transfers, no wallet is needed.
What if no one claims the link?
The link expires after 14 days. The USDC is automatically refunded to the sender wallet.
Is Lenny custodial?
Yes during the claim window. The USDC sits in an escrow wallet secured by Turnkey. The private key never lives in the application process.
What chains are supported?
Solana plus seven EVM chains: Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Avalanche. See the chains page for details.
What gift card brands?
Over 200 brands across 100+ countries via Bitrefill. The picker matches the available brands to the recipient country and transfer amount.
What is the fee?
Lenny does not charge a fee on top of network and bridge costs. Solana settlement is free for the recipient. Cross-chain rails pay a small bridge fee, absorbed from escrow.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount?
Minimum $1. We apply per-period velocity caps as a safety control: $1,000 per hour and $5,000 per day across all claims by default.
What is the OTP for?
Transfers at or above the OTP threshold (default $20) require a 6-digit code emailed to the recipient before the rail picker unlocks. The bearer link alone is not enough above the threshold.
Can I cancel a transfer mid-flight?
Not while a claim is in progress. Unclaimed transfers auto-refund after 14 days. For urgent issues, email support.
